先装.net再装iis出现权限问题的解决办法

从网上试着查了一下：添加了ASP.NET 计算机账户写权限和everyone 的权限和iis帐户后发现问题仍然没有解决，最后总结解决方法如下：

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis -i -enable ，相当于重新安装.NET

先安装IIS再安装.NET，因为.NET会自动配制IIS,安装时顺序确实不对
